Mr. Kevin I. Goldberg was the 2009 - 2010 President of the Maryland Association for Justice (formerly the Maryland Trial Lawyer’s Association). He has been in Maryland Superlawyers Magazine and D.C. Superlawyers Magazine from 2007 through 2010, where he was selected as among the top 5% of practicing attorneys in a peer review and evaluation process conducted by Law and Politics. Mr. Goldberg graduated Magna Cum Laude from Catholic University Law School in Washington, D.C.
He was an Associate Editor of the Catholic University Law Review. Mr. Goldberg received the American Jurisprudence Award for Constitutional Law and Civil Procedure.
Mr. Goldberg is licensed to practice law in Maryland and Washington, D.C. Mr. Goldberg works with attorneys on cases in other States throughout the United States of America. Mr. Goldberg has lectured and published materials for trial lawyers throughout Washington DC and the United States.
