Mr. Finnegan graduated from Catholic University Law School in Washington, D.C. In law school, Mr. Finnegan was a member of the school's National Moot Court Trial Team. Mr. Finnegan has been in Maryland Superlawyers Magazine and D.C. Superlawyers Magazine from 2008 through 2010, where he was selected as among the top 5% of practicing attorneys in a peer review and evaluation process conducted by Law and Politics.
