Eighty or so boys and young men participated in a new football camp called Commitment 4 Change, which aims to teach children from ages 8 to 17 how to better play the game — and equip them with what they need to succeed both on and off the field. The five-day camp was organized by retired Atlanta Falcon Keion Carpenter and former Green Bay Packer Antonio Freeman, both Baltimore natives.

    Maryland Cerebral Palsy Lawyer

Cerebral palsy is a brain condition that affects muscle movements. Those with this condition usually show signs of it when they are an infant or young child under the age of three. This brain condition can occur from a number of situations, including genetics. However, many times, it is the result of an injury and due to the negligence of another. An experienced lawyer can help if a negligent individual caused injury to your baby.

Is your child suffering from Cerebral Palsy due to the negligent hands of a medical professional? If so, contact our Maryland Cerebral Palsy Lawyer for a Free Case Evaluation today!

    Risk Factors Include:

    • Head Injury
    • Bacterial Meningitis
    • Brain Bleeding
    • Asphyxia
    • Jaundice
    • Pregnancy Complications
    • Birth Complications
    • Negligent Medical Professionals

During pregnancy, it is possible for a baby to develop cerebral palsy due to infections or blood defects that may occur. It is a medical professional's duty to spot these problems and to try and prevent serious damage from occurring. When a doctor in Maryland fails to notice certain things during a woman's pregnancy, it can result in the baby developing this condition. Contact our Lawyers if you feel that a doctor is at fault for your child's injury.

Another common situation in which this condition may occur is during the delivery to the baby. If a Maryland doctor makes any delivery errors or fails to properly address any complications that occur during the delivery process, the child may be faced with cerebral palsy. Young children can also develop this condition if they experience head injury. For example, if you and your child get into a car accident in Maryland due to someone else's negligence, the head injuries may result in cerebral palsy. Our lawyers can help you receive the compensation you and your child deserve.
